The patented C.H.T.T turbo mixer developed by Italian Manufacturer O.Cuoghi S.A.S, has been developed to provide an economical, stand alone, cement & water premixing solution,for converting traditional dry batch concrete plants, into a high quality Ready mix facility. The C.H.T.T mixer, pre-mixes a high quality cement paste which is transported to the truck loading point ,ready for discharging directly into the truck mixer, along with the aggregates. The premixing of the cement paste improves hydration of the cement particles, allowing for a reduction in cement addition, whilst providing: reduced setting times and earlier increased compressional strengths.
